There are copies posted of the the diary which if not real then some created/altered a document and published it...by definition that is forgery...therefore why haven't charges been brought against the 2 most likely PV and national file..instead. We get verification via a court case the diary is real...but nothing refuting the contents by either the writer (Ashley) or the prosecutors...curious

It would be a challenge to prove who was responsible for them. National File can always blame Project Veritas and vice versa. I would expect legal action to be taken if this does ever elevate from the far right realm.

At some point, you should ask yourselves why more legitimate right-wing media outlets such as Fox News, The Washington Times, The Daily Caller, The American Spectator, The Federalist, OAN, Newsmax and The Daily Mail aren't reporting the alleged contents of the diary. It isn't because they don't want to publish a story damaging to Joe Biden. It's because they have been unable to verify that Ashley Biden wrote those passages concerning sexual abuse at the hands of her father. This is just like PizzaGate.

The details of this are unseemly and sketchy. This is what happens when you have liars conducting investigations into the alleged misconduct of others. How can you take the word of Project Veritas over anyone else's? They freely admit that they misrepresent themselves and lie to people during their investigations. Someone with Project Veritas did call Ashley Biden using a fake name, and claiming that they wanted to return the diary to her. Project Veritas claims that during the phone call, Ashley Biden gave them enough information to conclude the diary was hers. It was actually a so-called "whistleblower" with Project Veritas who handed over the diary to National File, which included passages concerning sexual abuse... but Ashley Biden has not confirmed that she wrote those passages. Nobody has.

The New York Times has not addressed the content of the diary at all ... much less said that they verified that alleged passages concerning sexual abuse/showering with her dad were written by Ashley Biden.

For one thing, Ashley Biden is Joe Biden's daughter; not his niece.

... and for another thing, the linked article described the diary as having been "abandoned." That is a lie. Ashley Biden had stored several of her personal belongings in a friend's house. This house was later rented to the defendants. The defendants had no right to take possession of those items for the purpose of trying to sell them.

The theft also involved much more than just a diary. Ashley Biden had also stored tax records and digital devices in her friend's house as well.

The defendants in this case sold Ashley Biden's property for $40,000 and even had the audacity to return to the houase after they had moved out, in order to collect more of Ashley Biden's belongings when they were asked to do so by members of Project Veritas.

Didn't the same FBI lie and mistepresent and even coerce those involved in the Whitmer kidnapping? We have nothing to go on, but the word of an anonymous person from Project Veritas (described by National File as being a 'whistleblower'), that those passages concerning sexual abuse and showering with her father, were authentic passages written by Ashley Biden, rather than having been forged by members of Project Veritas once the diary came into their possession.

I believe that James O'Keefe became gun shy about putting a doctored diary on the internet. That is why he was against its public dissemination. It's not as if he found God or something. He was afraid of getting caught.

If those passages from Ashley Biden's diary were confirmed to have been written by her, other right wing outlets would be reporting this. It's PizzaGate 2.0. You people will never grow up.
