It’s amazing how little of this story you understand for someone with such strong opinions about it. You’re claiming project veritas made the whole thing up and put doctored documents online, but the truth is they never published it.

I’m curious though, if it didn’t mention the creepy stuff why do you think project veritas wanted to pay for it? Why pay for it and lie about what’s in it, couldn’t they just lie about the whole thing and save 40k?

The things you’re saying aren’t only absolutely false (they never published the diary), but they’re nonsensical (paying money for something so you could lie about it?)

Why isn't James O'Keefe talking about the contents of the diary? Because he knows those passages were forged... and he doesn't want to be implicated in that.

I didn't say that he published it. National File published it after an anonymous person from Project Veritas brought it to them.

Damn, you are slow. It was disseminated by an anonymous person at Project Veritas, who gave the diary to National File. It has not been confirmed that the contents concerning sexual abuse were written by Ashley Biden ... and you still have not explained why you can't find any other right wing sources who are willing to discuss those contents - besides National File.

Plenty of others have. Fox News for example. Tucker openly talked about it. You’ve still not told me what burden of proof you’d need to know it was from her.

You think project veritas paid for a diary that didn’t have anything interesting in it?

If they planned on lying about what she wrote, they don’t have to pay money for that. I can lie right now for free. “Ashley Biden was abducted by aliens who she believes were working for her father.”

Post a link to a conservative site that says they have verified the contents of the diary as having been written by Ashley Biden.

They didn't need the diary to say anything incriminating. They could write the juicy stuff themselves. They just needed proof that it belonged to Ashley Biden. That was the purpose of the phone call. Forgery becomes much easier, when you have the template in hand to work from. O'Keefe got cold feet.

They didn't need the diary to say anything of interest. They could write that on their own. They just needed to be able to prove that it belonged to Ashley Biden.
