Black jerseys to be auctioned (merged)

So why cant you just say charities? Plenty of charities are beneficial to blacks as well as others.

Are impoverished non blacks less needy now?
I'm not privy to his thought process. CJP isnt a "natural speaker". He's awkward and uncomfortable. Perhaps, the vagueness is attributable to his lack of poise.

That's a lazy approach. Perception changes as new insight is provided. Evolve our perception; evolve our reality. Maybe our discourse will evolve, too.

Agreed but if you ask the average person it is the same. A radical organization supported by corporate America built on a half false premise. The average person doesn't know the origins or goals of the organization. It's a catchy phrase now and lurking on Marxism.

He was shot in the back while running away. The officers had his license and car. Officer also shot a nearby car with people in it. That is the legal definition of reckless.
He proved to be a danger to the public (driving drunk) and a danger to the officers (punching, slamming, stealing a taser and firing it). Suggesting that the officer should let a violent felon get away with a state issued weapon run away and theyll catch him later is asinine and incredibly reckless toward the safety of the public.

I'm not calling it a PR stunt. I'm saying it is beneficial to him professionally. Many people make choices that benefit them professionally. Some of those choices they completely agree with, some are done completely because of the known benefit.

You are entitled to that opinion. You initially said he was doing what he was told by making this statement. I just dont see this being a huge benefit for him based on the demographics of the UT fan base.

You are being kind. He sounds like the prototypical jock.

A Fulton County jury is going to send those cops up the river, but how. Wolfe already had a deal for abuse on his jacket. You’d think he’d of played it close to the vest, considering we just had generational riots and all. What a chowderhead.
theres a chance it wont make the grand jury. The GBI investigation is still active.

No doubt. Kinda like I call all tissues "Kleenex". The most well known is the default.
But we (now that we know) can help others to understand not all Black Lives Matter Charities are affiliated with the political group.

It is truly short sighted. This idea that our country can prop one group up on a pedestal as the most oppressed and needy, then fill up their coffers with cash to fix vague problems with no set expectations, is absurd.

One, you're going to generate resentment among poor whites, Latinos, asians, etc.

Two, you're not necessarily even fixing anything for poor blacks.

can u imagine being a white guy and doing all that then trying to blame the police for being stupid

In the article I read, Pruitt did not say “Black Lives Matter charities”, he said “Black Lives Matter”.

If it was a misquote, it needs to be fixed quickly. If it was not, after almost 50 years of being a diehard Volunteer fan, I am done with UT and anything associated with UT, including the football program.

In what game, and what color jerseys will they wear, to show their support for the murdered former St. Louis police officer David Dorn?

Jeremy Pruitt was hired to be our head football coach. He needs to stick to what he does best. If this is the future of UT football, I will not support it.

@Sara Clark posted this in another thread:
Be mindful, I did learn this in the process of documenting. There is a difference in "Black Lives Matter Charities, and BLM" You'll need to get clarification which they are doing. The Black lives Matter Charities have nothing to do with the "BLM" group.

He recruits 17 year old black kids, not UT fans.

There’s certainly a LOT of water fixing to come under this here bridge. DA is up for re-election against his #2 deputy with 20 years in the job. He’s under GBI investigation himself. He’s simultaneously trying to get re-elected and defend ethics allegations. I’m not saying this case is necessarily weak, of course. The GJ is made of Fulton County residents too.

The AD is toast. Hes better off resigning imo.

...and anyone else that supports that racist, police hating organization Black Lives Matter. Demand a refund on your tickets, do not donate to UT and contact any business that advertises with Tennessee football and tell them if they advertise with UT football you will boycott them. Call in on sports talk shows and demand they step down.

So I can have your tickets, then?

I'd guess fewer than 5% of people understand that BLM is an anti-American, anti-Western, Marxist movement, and probably less than that among those participating in it. I don't expect athletic administrators to be more saavy, especially when they are just cogs in the wheels of leftist academia who are the taproot of the problem.

You'd be better served organizing boycotts against leftist media and institutions, rather than going cannibal on people who probably don't deserve eating and likely don't share their leftist ideology.
