I think Bob and Tim had an exact opposite presentation than Ward and Anderson. While Anderson was technically the color guy, Ward was the showman. Bob called the plays and let Tim bring the color to the broadcast. Tim had some pretty good one-liners from time to time "gitcha some of that Jaylen Tabor"What was Kesling's most memorable call? Did he even have one besides "what a turn of events!", which wasn't a great one?
I can't think of any, which is kind of sad since he was the Voice for 25 years.
Absolutely no hate here, Bob lost his spunk over the years. Hardly shows emotion in his calls. Its been past time for him to retire.Never understood the hatred for Bob. He is one of he nicest guys and truly loves the Vols. Did he call games with the flare of Ward? No. But very few people in history could. The man is as gracious as they come and with all things being equal……he gave his all for the Vols each and every day for many many years.
Happy Retirement.
