That wall will be paid for in a year without costing taxpayers a dime more...and mexico will get far less money sent back western union when all those workers are giving up 30% of what they earn just like the rest of us. How about that? What part of this post is untrue or illogical? Its not...you just want to paint anyone who believes in the wall as an idiot because you dont like trump.

Edit...and if they dig tunnels into this country...are they gonna send people thru at 5000 dollars a head for 150 lbs...or kilos of heroin and cocaine at 50,0000 dollars a kilo? You think people with enough respurces to dig these tunnels are gonna traffic PEOPLE? thats a terrible investment. They will traffic dope for 1000x the profit. Think about it.

Israel's wall probably isn't the best example. Approximately 6000 illegal Palestinians a month go into Israel for work. Those are numbers from Israel

A policy proposal getting blistered by both sides isn't necessarily a bad thing. Most policies this country desperately needs would get blistered by both sides.

In (direct) defense of Trump, he campaigned on this **** and won. Not unreasonable that he would, at the very least, propose such a policy.

Well I'll be damn.... I just read how tariffs work..... and they're the exact opposite of what I thought.....it's still a shell game though....UNLESS.... American companies step up and fill the void

Actually it's been my experience that when both sides walk away unhappy with the result or otherwise think they're getting screwed - the deal is probably fair.

In this case, one doesn't need a degree in economics to see how laughably bad this was at attempt to slip one past the public as a "making 'em pay for it" gambit.

He should have started by getting the corporate tax rate lowered and regulations slashed. Stimulation versus coercion.

The juxtaposition between Romney/Ryan and Trump on this issue is hilarious.

A readily accessible market for US exports that supports millions of American jobs. Cheap labor that allows Americans to purchase products at significantly lower prices than if they were made here. There's a reason Trump doesn't make his products in America.

Of course he thinks we're idiots, and the people that support him are idiots. Trump could come out and say he's going to charge each American $500 and they'd cheer it and somehow explain away how it's great thing because their orange god said so.

And the funny part is these same people are the ones that b**** all the time that the left are the lemmings who blindly cheer whatever their guy says.
