Do you want a borderless society? This country has enough problems without being an incubator for all things foreign and underprivaleged. We are losing our culture, amongst other things, to be a nursery to everyone. We can't remain a great country this way...

I, for one, don't care if I have to spend tax dollars to produce something that will be beneficial to this country.

How is leaving the border open beneficial in any capacity?

In the meantime, the 20 billion dollar symbolic fence won't solve a damn thing. You one of those folks that really believes a fence is going to keep people out? Rly?

If this happens, the GOP will never again be able to claim to be the party of fiscal responsibility.

It's Trumpism. The rules are made up and the points don't matter.

Honestly, it boils down to the fact that he's entertaining, attacks/fights back against the despised media, and trolls liberal (also entertaining).

Sound policy is an afterthought.

I wonder how much it would cost to create a database of legit workers and jail employers who hire illegals? Cut the head off the snake so to speak...

If there was a hint I'd be thrown in the clink for hiring an illegal, I'd trace their lineage back to Australopithecus before bringing them on.

This line of thinking is how the problem will be solved.... if..... anyone actually wants it to be. Hitting the employers that hire illegals in the pocketbook and hitting them hard would go a long way

I suspect that a lot of money goes into lobbyists pockets to make sure that the powers that be circle the problem without ever calling for live fire.

I said this years ago...People I knew complaining about illegals coming to our country and then construction companies, farmers, etc hiring them to work. Punish the employer, no jobs will mean fewer illegals

Or we could turn America into Wayward Pines and build a damn wall around the whole country...no more beach front property

Would be better served with armed enforcement. The problem hasn't been the means to deter illegal immigration, it's been the willingness to enforce it.
