As much as everyone hates the idea.. I like the idea.. He never wanted to leave, and his dad pushed him in to it.. His dad made a huge deal out of it, Brown just did what his dad made him do... If he were to talk to Dooley and get the situation straight, and appologize to the team, I wouldn't mind having him back.. He is a very good running back, and could help us a LOT more than y'all realize.

Is there literally any validity to this? And if so, what's happening?

No validity, just rumors that Brown has quit Kansas and is back on campus.

Same rumors on Kansas State boards. Also, it looks like they are linking back to Vol Nation for their "proof". LOL

So, are people assuming he is coming back to UT? Or, are people rooting on his short comings at KSU? I haven't read all of this thread.

I don't think it's fair to pile it on BB....how many of us could have been persuaded toward different paths by our parents or other "advisers" at that age? I just don't know enough about transfer rules to comment on the possibility that he ever plays for us (or another SEC team) at some point.

One thing for sure: the wasting of talent such as his is a sad, sad thing.

Pretty sure he has a girlfriend here, and I have only seen Swain say that he was on campus...nowhere else. And I don't think Swain even elaborated after posting that one tweet

Not sure how Pearl got in this thread...

Assuming this is true this is my take.

BB should have told dad to kiss it back then - but he didn't because he was an 18 year old kid with shady characters all around him and no experience dealing with them. He commits to UM with his brother only to find out that its going down and bro is leaving. He signs on with the Liar Surfer Dude and finds out that he and his staff are douches, while dad keeps telling him he has to come home when they bolt. He's had a handler since HS who is putting thoughts in all of his circle's heads. He has been messed with by the people closest to him that he should be able to trust and it is no wonder he can't get his act together on the field enough to win the starting job. Not to mention K-State primarily runs the spread while BB sought out pro-style offenses in his recruitment.

I think it would be really cool for him to show all of them what he wanted was to be a VFL by walking on at UT and earning his way to a schollie. He would be motivated to do his best and a couple of years older in maturity. He has excellent God-given talent that we could put to use as soon as he could get on the field. Under those conditions and assuming this is true, I would be a big supporter.

Regardless - message to Dad Brown - look in the mirror real closely at your image. Proud of it?

I'm with ya fwiw

Thinking back on how he sent a text to DD shows that he cant make up his own mind. Its like he tried to stray from an actual conversation because he knew DD could talk him into staying, but as usual we just need to wait and see what happens. We could def use him

@AlexAndersonTSR

Just heard Bryce Brown could be looking into the educational exchange exception to transfer back to TN and be eligible immediately. LOL

Similar to what Brandon Willis did with UNC and UCLA apparently. Weird rule

Not that he is going to do it or TN would accept him just that he is looking into it.

A friend of mine texted this to me earlier. I have never heard of this guy , but he is a radio host in Knoxville. I don't live in Tennessee , so maybe some of you can tell me if this is a credible source or not. Personally , I'm not buying it.

He came in as our Marcus Dupree. I hope something good happens for him. His last few years have been rough.
