That's coach speak 101...Urban is going to teach him the hard way...It's a fundamental and moral truth....

Maybe you should advise coaches on how to speak. Lane Kiffin knew what he was doing, he doesnt need you to tell him how to do it. Why don't you go away, you get on here and talk smack about TN not getting Bryce Brown and now you have found something else. Nobody wants you here, nobody cares what you say. He is our coach and we are going to support him whatever he says.

Does anyone get the feeling that CLK, being the genius that he is, maybe set up some of the practice to make the running game look ridiculously good for BB to see? I'm not saying our running game is normally terrible, but it would indeed be a genius move on our part to set up the running game to look like a juggernaut to show Brown this is where he deserves to be.

Is Apex still referring to Kiffins introduction press conference? If so, he was joking....just like I said in my previous post. It was obvious if you watched it.

I watch it, he wasn't joking at all, he was trying to get the troops excited...

Just like the breakfast deal calling out urban...It wasn't a joke, but still he was with the faithful..got carried away

What did Miles say before last year's game that caused UM to run the score up on him? What did Fulmer do? What did Hawaii's coach do?

When for that matter has Meyer EVER needed a reason other than his own ego to run the score up on anyone?

UT's chances are BETTER now that CLK has told his team and the world that he isn't afraid of Meyer... and Meyer took notice. He may or may not have the team to beat Meyer but he's definitely in that narcissist's head.

UM was so much in CPF's head that UT didn't stand a chance even when they were as good on the field. That isn't the case with CLK.

Exactly, it doesn't matter what coaches say they are trying to beat the crap out of their opponet every time they play, when a coach needs motivation from someone else it is time for them to get out of coaching.

Wow. I was in this thread around 1:40, and I had to step away from work. I came back two hours later, hit Refresh, and flipped through the pages until I saw the announcement.

LOL at VN crashing! We don't crash during big games or tough losses, but we crash over a recruit's decision.

I don't know what was said with absolute certainty, I am fan as you all are...but I can add and take quotes from the players themselves, their family members, and dates and makes reasonable conclusions at to what happened.. LSU was mislead from the Jackson camp..
that is my conclusion..

Is Myles Jr upset with Jackson coming on board or not? Only he can answer that.. according to our side, Myles might have chosen LSU if Jackson were not a commitment for a similar position.. I think Jackson is better than Myles JR..anyways,

It's recruiting...this stuff happens every year, it's just more in the open with UT now.

Dude....how can you say he wasnt joking? He even said, and I quote "Mike made me say that, OK Urban" and was smiling, while everyone in the audience was LAUGHING. You had to have just read a transcript and not watched it if you thought he was being serious. C'mon man....thats grasping.

Okay, you were talking about "what kind of coach calls out another coach" like Kiffin did.

Les Miles is not a good example. That guy is a jackass. I go to Georgia Tech and was at that game. What an ass. He did a fake punt LATE IN THE 4TH QUARTER while being up by a large margin.

They did a close up on that ugly face of his and he had that stupid grin on like he had won the lottery. He pretty much did that game because everything went well for them anyway.

I wish he wouldn't have gotten those 8 wins this season because he wouldn't have gotten that huge bonus this year.

Don't act like Les Miles is "such a nice guy".
