Over on there espn boards there talking about ngata and stewart. And how they where there best players ever and bryce brown wouldnt have been a better college player than them two over all.

They are just pissed that they didnt get BB. Wonder what they would be saying about BB if he would have went to Oregon. They would have been glorifying BB if he would have picked them.

I think you need to get out, travel around and get to know some people out of town if you really think this.

Does me posting here for months about this indicate to you that football is just something people in the Northwest "enjoy on Saturdays"?

I've been out west multiple times. Lived out in Colorado for a while. I have a large reference point. Football in the west is NOTHING like the South no matter how much you want to pretend otherwise.

Hey Wheaton, what do you think about the new coaching situation? I really dont think you guys will miss a beat. But, its still gotta be kind of emotional because of all that Belloti did. He basically rebuilt that program.

No - it means there's a way smaller fan base that is like you. Most don't pay as much attention to it. There are plenty of hardcore fans everywhere - just not as many of those fans in different areas.

I think one thing that makes the SEC different than every other conference is that there are 7 or 8 schools who's fans genuinely think their team should be a national contender every year. UT, UF, UGA, LSU, BAMA, Aub, and to a lesser extent Ole Miss and Arky all believe that their teams should win 10 games a year.

Agree and there really isnt a powerhouse year in and year out like the pac 10 like USC. BTW i cant believe you traded Lucy Pinder avatar for a BB avatar...LOL:)
