negative maybe, i'm just taking the realistic view right now and not sniffing the glue like you. jones has to make us believe by results, not by words.

Why you got to hate on glue...what'd it ever do to you?

Do not want to get my hopes up with the little time CBJ has had to work with, but what he has done thus far has been remarkable. What he's been able to do and somewhat "un-do" from Dooley's mistakes has been remarkable. I'm very excited for the '14 class.....

I'm not knocking on Butch, but which 4 star has he received a commitment from? The last 4 star commit from UT gave his verbal to Dooley.

Oh so that's the qualifier...sorry if I ruined your Black Panther Party

I'm not going to judge CBJ on this years class, whether good or bad.

If he pulls in a good class this season I will definitely judge him as being able to recruit.

He needs to pull about 8 surprises if we are gonna fill out this class. For the sake of building depth he needs to.

What team is ranked # 1 in recruiting by Rivals at this point ?

Does it rhyme with hate her?

how can you say i'm wrong when nothing has happened yet.

How does it feel to be loathed by 99% of the members of this board? I mean, I know you're gonna say you don't care, but do people really WANT to be disliked?? Usually the answer is no.......unless you're a troll.

I really think Butch and his team will pull in an OK recruiting class this year. Top 25, maybe top 20 or 15. It's got to be a very difficult sell with the coaching change and the product that's been put out on the field the past 5+ years. The tradition, facilities and playing time are probably the only things that are a huge selling point right now.

However, I do think what they are really trying to do is lay the ground work for future classes. Building relationships, especially in Tennessee that will help in '14, '15 and beyond. If they have a pretty good season (winning season, bowl game) then '14 could be a very good recruiting year for Tennessee. JMO.

We are now 40th on rivals since Skipper flipped to Arkansas. The good news is, we now have room for 9 more in this class.

I'm excited with how Jones is going about his business - embracing traditions, embracing former players, in on a lot of top recruits.... But he's gotta get a few of these guys next week. If he could pull Bell, Lawson, North and a/any running back from anywhere for any freakin reason it'll be a huge success. GBO!

And there's the answer to the original question. We all use the rankings we like the best, aka the ones that make our recruits look the best.

EDIT: Except for champyvol, who above me has done the exact opposite because he apparently doesn't want to believe that good things can happen to UT.

i want to bro, but not seeing it yet.
