Bye Bye Louisville

I’m sure he’d love to. Good grief, he is surrounded by players and commentators who’ve made it a political soap box, and Barkley (the lone voice of reason) should “stick to sports?” That’s about stupid.
Cause he is fixing it by diving into the mud with the rest of them?

Isnt the talk that sports are sports and these guys should stick to that? That goes both ways.

I dont care if I find his version any more palatable, I am there to watch sports and their opinion on sports.

They were fired on, I mean WTF?

You know how to eliminate **** like this? Stop the police from acting like Seal Team 6 (yeah they **** up a lot too). They could have taken them outside coming or going done it during the day or hell even made sure the people on the inside knew exactly who was at the door.

Procedures and policies must be changed for simple search warrants, finding some drugs isn't worth a suspect or officers life.

Got a warning last night that air traffic operations would be adjusted due to the protests in Louisville and that up to 3000 protestors were being "bused in" to take part..

It’s really not hard.
They could have picked her up at work

I agree with this. However, since Kentucky is a "Castle Doctrine" state, he is allowed to defend his residence if he fears for his life. Which is why they dropped the charges against him. I do wonder why he only fired one shot though if he really feared for his life. Seems like he would have emptied the magazine. Unless he knew who it was he was shooting at.
Or reacted at first site, shot. Then processed who it was, and stopped.

I don't understand.

Why would bused in protesters create a need to adjust air traffic ops?
They didnt want planes landing going over protestors because the are lunatics and felons with illegal guns and lasers who might point and shoot at airplanes. I mean hell they are already protesting the justice system working correctly because it didn't appease their feelings so they are crazy enough to do anything.

makes sense. although knowing this takes another chunk of what remains of my faith in humanity away.

Seems to me like a lot of folks are okay with what happened because she had a past/record. This comes up in a lot of these recent shootings. Kind of a "well, it shouldn't have happened, but xxx person had a record, so whatever." It is victim shaming, frankly. Seems like folks are tossing out the innocent until proven guilty part to avoid a problem.

Yes. As long as you can call someone “a criminal,” it apparently doesn’t matter what happens to them
