‘23 CA QB Nicholaus Iamaleava (Tennessee)

On a good day in Nashville you can hear a mournful wail coming from Kentucky.

Bet they are in fact hating this revival being led by CJH. They had done a real good job of closing ground in football to pass us in the East behind GA and FL during our spiral late Butch thru Pruitt. That will be tough to continue with a new trendline in Knoxville. This class, IF IF IF we maintain this guy and he attracts other high profile targets, hopefully on both sides of the ball. That POTENTIAL is out there, but so is under performing on the trail and the squandering the opportunity narratives internally and externally will abound. Right now we are ahead of the curve with this early NIL related victory. I hope that our entire staff maintains the proper distance from the deals and Sprye meets the expectations of those sourcing the coffers with the competitive level of money. We can reclaim our old position on the recruiting totem pole with a little luck and a lot of smarts in this brave new recruiting world. Ky and others fear that.

Bias in our favor, if anything. Stewart has also recently said if he could be a part of any fanbase in the SEC, it would be Tennessee and the Vol Navy. Anywho, he has actually seen the contract, these chaps I have been talking to haven't seen anything, and are just talking out of their azz, which annoys me.
You haven't seen the contract and have been sharing your interpretation of what has been written *about* the contract, as leaked to the media for whatever unknown reason, supposedly by the attorney. And a lot of your sharing seems to have been coming out of some similar orifice as what you claim to be annoying you. (i.e. that a judge would "see through" some "intent" that remains unstated in the contract, and that wouldn't concern the parties in the contract lest they wouldn't have signed the contract, yet would be used to overturn the clearly defined conditions of the contract as signed by all parties, due to an inference of how it may possibly be viewed by parties unassociated with the contract.)

That smells an awful lot like half-digested leftovers, counselor.
