I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't represent Nico on the cheap partly in exchange for taking the contract to Mandel, as I said like 25 pages ago, it's pretty obvious Caspirino is wanting to get his name out there as the guy to represent athletes in big time NIL deals and the publicity is certainly helpful to him.So you think Nico & his family approved of lawyer showing contract to Mandel? Interesting.

You went a little too far there guy. After thinking about it again this POS basically hoped for a kids entire football future to be destroyed. That's next level lowlife trash imo. As much as I hate Florida, I never wished for Tebow to have his career derailed. Same with Mcwain at bama.
So since you take it that far, I hope your company tanks and you lose your job. And I hope you walk in and catch your wife, or girlfriend, OR boyfriend sleeping with an immigrant who barely speaks English. And she packs up and leaves with the immigrant.
Sorry to stop so low volnation.

I don't really care about the contract - I feel pretty confident that both sides know what they were risking &/or agreeing to. I jumped in the conversation first to say I don't trust media types because @unfrozencvmanvol kept referencing Mandel's article (not saying it wasn't all true, just my nature to be skeptical). Then my follow up with him/her was genuine because of the whole attorney-client relationship. So now I think it's interesting to wonder if Nico & family (and maybe Spyre as well) purposely wanted the story out there - especially since it wasn't the big countdown to reveal type of commitment we typically see. I am of the opinion that Spyre and UTAD are playing chess - at least I like to think that!Every time the article’s been referenced on social media, he or his family have virtually winked at it. May be a victimization without victims. Just the $350k buys a lot of therapy from the trauma of being considered a big balla.

Agree & you mentioned him, but I think Randy Boyd also key in this whole movement - not just him, but I think he gets what sports mean to UTK and to this community, and I think he's excellent at unifying the boosters. I think Plowman gets that rising tide carries all academic boats as well. Danny White was a home run hire.
