Who doesn’t at this point? I thought he was a young, up and coming franchise qb coming into this season. But he’s just been awful all year long and he’s injury-prone/unreliable.

I know some people think this year is a one off, that the injury hurt him all year long and that he’s still the long-term qb answer for the Titans. I’m not so sure. As a matter of fact, I don’t think so all.

I was at Titans game today and the play calling was awful. Hopefully we will have new quarterback coach and offensive coordinator next year.

Ah yes the D4H back peddle. So instead of Sutton being one of the GOATS, he will just be a potential HOFer. Lol.

I'm pretty sure I never said Cam would be the GOAT. I said he would be a Hall of Famer and one of the best CBs in the NFL for the next 10 years.

Eric Allen was considered one of the best CBs in the NFL during the 1990s and is a border-line Hall of Famer. Some people think he should be in the Hall already given his numbers and accolades.

I can see Cam finishing his career with 6-8 Pro Bowl selections and 3-5 All-Pro selections. That is a resume that is good enough to make it into the Hall of Fame. Since I think the Steelers will win multiple super bowls with Dobbs leading the way, Cam should make it into the Hall of Fame given his individual and team success.

Josh Dobbs, Alvin Kamara, and Cam Sutton will ALL be Hall of Famers in the NFL.

As a Steelers fan, please show me a defensive coach who can somehow call schemes that shut down the Pats. Burns, Sutton, Gay, Mitchell, Sensabaugh..... anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Show me a Steeler CB or FS that can tackle and defend at least AVERAGE in big games and we'll start a discussion about being in the neighborhood of Eric Berry.

Funny cause last time i checked it is the coaches that call the coverage and plays, not the CB that is one of the furthest players from the ball.

Sutton takes Burns' place with 1st team defense on Saturday

So it took Cam Sutton all of 2 weeks to take the starting job opposite Joe Haden away from a former first round pick. :)

Honestly this decision is not surprising. In fact, I predicted it a few weeks ago when some on here were saying that as soon as Joe Haden became healthy, Cam Sutton would be back on the bench. I said nope. That it would be Artie Burns that would be benched. And voila, once Joe Haden got healthy, it was Artie Burns to the bench and Cam Sutton to the starting lineup.

Cam has been great the last couple of weeks while Artie Burns has been trash since he was drafted. I'm glad Mike Tomlin showed some common sense in this situation and started the better player rather than just sticking with the guy who was drafted higher. Too many times teams don't wanna admit they made a mistake with who they took in the first round and stick with that player way longer than they should.

Look for Cam Sutton to be the great NFL corner I said he would be.

I read all your posts with Lavar Balls’ voice.

Josh Dobbs will have to learn how to complete a 5 yard pass first....
I actually look for Dobbs to be gone from Pittsburg after this year...I dont think they keep him....I dont think he can make the passes that are required...

The Steelers have 7ft receivers so he might can complete those

LOL...By legendary, do you mean he might play a few games?

Stop feeding the troll. He knows he is making ridiculous claims but he's just pulling the Lavar so that he can be popular. It's funny because he is a Lavar fan.

Don't fall for the tactics.

LaVar Ball is a millionaire who started his own business. Don’t insult him by comparing him to D4H

As we all know, the best ability, and is avail-ability. Cam Sutton has been injured more often than not, but when healthy enough to run a 4.3 at the combines, and when savvy enough to shed NFL blockers, we all know Cam has no fear sticking his nose in the fan to make a tackle, and has the awareness to turn his head to defend a pass, or turn his hips and run with the receiver. INT's is usually what gets a corner to the Hall of fame, something Cam hasn't really ever excelled at, but as a Vol and Steeler fan, I appreciate his closing speed when beaten, his run support, as he's a solid tackler when not blocked. Probably not Hall of Fame at first look, but when I think of Hall of Fame corners, Rod Woodson comes to mind, and #34 is no Rod Woodson, but he's solid, a rookie, give him time, and stay healthy, stay on the field.

I been saying since I first saw cam play he would take a injured guys spot on go on to be a hall of fame CB in the NFL LIKE Tom Brady did.

Hey D4H, Burns is starting at CB opposite Haden for Pittsburgh today. Even when you’re trying to beat your chest and tell everybody “I told you so”, you’re still wrong. You can’t make this stuff up

Edit: and the best QB in the nfl and future first ballot HOF’er for Pittsburgh isn’t even dressed out.

Doesn't seem to "have taken over" Burns spot. You'll see him even less now that Haden is back. Surprised he isn't playing much in the nickel though.

William Gay is the nickel back and that keeps Cam off the field. I wish Sutton would get the opportunity to return punts

Hilton is and has been their Nickel and Gay in the Dime, but Sutton has gotten some playing time and has played well, so surprised he isn't at least playing more in nickel and dime situations.

We can't rule out D4H's proven powers of being wrong are so strong him saying Sutton would start actually caused it not to happen.

FTR I didn't write the article.

Guess Mike Tomlin isn't as smart as I thought.

Artie Burns won't cost you against a team without a QB like the Texans. But expect him to get exposed in the playoffs. Then Tomlin will turn to Cam Sutton in an act of desperation.

Then Cam will bail him out.
