Only for the people who refused the vaccine. It was a choice. I didn't support the mandate in this instance, but I would have gotten the vaccine before I lost my job.
Some people felt that they would rather loose their job than get the vaccine....that's their choice.
Again, I wish they had never been faced with that choice.

Because it's honest. I can't be alarmed over the costs of protests when weighing the cost of what is being protested; on a cost basis, it's not even a contest.

Though coming to an erroneous conclusion re: BLM riots and what was being protested, you at least compared the two. You don't when lockdown & mandate protests manifest in trucker convoys.

Except those are lost wages not going back into the economy. And everyone is impacted by inflation, not just the unvaxxed.

The government made that a choice, the blame lies with them.

How are they not the people? This isnt the elite. Unless Canada is completely different I have a hard time believing the truckers are even the Top 10%.

I guess it's ok to penalize the minorities you dont agree with? They shouldnt be allowed a voice and should just have to go along with the majority?

The Chinese lost a PR battle to one dude standing in front of a tank . These are organized supply haulers that are critical to Canadas economy and they won’t be rounded up and shot . The devil is in the details .

When you attack "the people" and cause financial and well being ruin it's home grown terrorism is what it is, and it's time for law and ****ing order. I have already said I disagree with the mandate in this instance.
I also disagree with the choice of losing your job instead of taking the vaccine.
We are seeing the results of one bad choice being answered with another bad choice.

They should protest in an open field where they do not financially harm tens of millions of innocent people.

Trudeau only won 33 % of the vote and actually lost the popular vote last election.
