Had they dropped those that lost accordingly Oregon would have a more tolerable bracket - but basically, they did not adjust PSU below OSU or Texas below Tennessee and now it is what it is. And they did not drop OSU like they should have when the lost to Michigan.

Like I said, nobody whines like this about their team ahead of playing in a tournament for the National Championship. You are either a troll ... or irrationally negative. I would tell you to go cheer for someone else, except that I'm sure you already do.

It looks like the worst path to me by far. Ohio State and then Oregon? Not saying we can’t win but that’s pretty brutal.

It's a tough draw, but I don't think you can say we were screwed with a 9 seed. That's where a majority of the projections have had us the last two weeks.

You clearly haven’t paid attention to any of my prior posts before this thread. And you’re also overly biased with some really thick colored orange glasses on. Good fans can be objective. Give it a try. This is an unfortunate outcome for us. We have to play one of the top 3 teams in the nation on the road at night in the first round. We’re probably going to be 10 to 14 dogs. But I’m trolling. LMAO.

So I guess Head to head only counts when they want it to? Clemson and tOSU both seeded behind teams they beat.

Yes ... You are. Ohio State just lost at home to Michigan, and as Herbstreit (a Buckeye) pointed out, they are suspect on the offensive line. That should bode well for us.

There is nothing "unfortunate" about Tennessee being in the College Football Playoff. It's a huge step forward for the program, with this game against Ohio State being a great opportunity against an obviously flawed opponent.

I'd rather play in Columbus than Austin, State College, or South Bend.

Anyone know when UT is going to let us request tickets to Columbus? I don't expect to get the two I need but wanted to get in line. LOL

Or maybe if anyone knows where the orange will be, I can look on the various places.

We win out and once again claim the top of the mountain or we don’t, I think the committee was biased to an extent but we are in the playoffs Vols, so let us rejoice and see what happens going forward! We spent mid 2000’s until recent times suffering in the valley of losers and Heup has brought us back from the dead. I as much as others can be a negavol but not today.. GBO!!!!
