CFP Bracket Reveal 12est ESPN

When is last time we won a road night game? Serious question. I don’t know. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 20 years ago. And at night it’s going to be even colder. Not sure that California kid Nico will even be able to feel the ball.
It may be a serious question .... but it's a really stupid one. Tennessee beat Oklahoma on the road and at night in September. There have been multiple times since 2015, when Tennessee has beaten Kentucky on the road and at night, and that includes seasons when Kentucky was pretty good. Nico will be fine.

The schedule is jacked up but its not like we can select the 9 worst teams in the SEC along with a couple of cupcakes and call it a day. The league sets the schedule and if the league is not strong we will get punished.

Ohio State should not be hosting after that embarrassing loss to Michigan at home.

Regardless, if we're a championship caliber team, it's time to beat someone on the dang road. Heupel has struggled in road games and this game is a perfect opportunity to turn the corner.

Let's ride!

The only appealing game of the first round of the playoffs is Tennessee vs Ohio State.

Penn State has an easy path to the semi-finals.
Texas has a relatively easy path to the semi-finals.
If Beck is truly hurt, then Notre Dame has a relatively easy path to the semi-finals.

Tennessee and Ohio State along with Oregon look to have the toughest and what should be the most competitive paths to one of them landing in the semi-finals where Texas will be waiting.

For the other semi, it is probably Penn State verses either Georgia or Notre Dame.

Am I a bad person for hoping it is Texas vs Tennessee in one semi-final and Georgia vs Penn State in the other to set up a possible all SEC final.

All I know is there is much gnashing of the teeth on the Bammer boards which makes me happy. They can’t correlate 2 ugly losses to mediocre teams as the reason they are not in the playoff, which is hysterical.
Time for an OU or Vol fan living in bama to get a license plate numbered "ULost24-3"
Would like to know the over/under on getting pulled over or vandalized by some bammer poisoning your gas

I think even if Beck can't play, it's not going to be easy for Notre Dame to beat Georgia.

Had they gone with the top four seeds getting the first round byes, it would be much better.
First round byes:
Oregon
Georgia
Texas
Penn State

First round games
@ Notre Dame / Clemson............winner plays Penn St
@ Ohio St / Arizona St ........winner plays TX
@ Tennessee / SMU .....winner plays GA

I guess I should have prefaced that with a team that doesn’t suck. As in someone that’s at least better than .500.

Hope y’all are right. I have no confidence in this team against a competitive team on the road.
Didn't Oklahoma beat Alabama at home? You are whining. Grow a pair.

To be fair, I think most people think the SEC and Big 10 are comparable at the top and no one else is comparable. OSU and Oregon are at the top of the Big 10, so people consider them to be similar to SEC teams

The Georgia team that won the sec this year is the worst one in recent memory. They were bailed out against GT. They almost lost to Kentucky. They were boat raced by bama and ole miss. The sec might be the strongest from top to bottom but they aren’t heads and shoulders above everyone like some want to think.

On the contrary, if the league is not strong, you get rewarded.

Georgia almost beat Alabama. They had a lead late in the game.

It may not be 0 degrees, but there could be a snowstorm. You never know. It's still 13 days away and the forecast can change.
Oh I know like I’ve said I live in WI. It could change four times 😂 it’ll likely be anywhere from 10-50 degrees so that narrows it down lmao 🤣
