Don't use the heisman talk as a reason for him to stay at SCw because that didnt seem to effect Graham at SCe with Lattimore.. He's a legend here, he's not a legend in LA..

Edit: Actually, most USC fans probably dont even know he's on their staff...

I did check their message boards and couldn't find a single thread on him. Maybe I missed it but they didn't seem to be to bent about the possibility of Tee leaving.

I don't think you guys understand. No one out here pays attention to college football. They barely know who the head coach is of their teams. They have about 50 total people on their message boards. They have no idea who Tee Martin is. He knows this and will definitely be back in Knoxville

Tee created his own coaching jobs with QB camps, but I really do not know how well he coached on staff at KY and USC. Got a lot of respect for the man, so hope the answer is a good recommendation.

Just in this 2013 class alone there are two big commits he has to USC right. Can we swing them to UT? Who knows? Maybe not. But the man can recruit and he is highly regarded in coaching circles.

Go cheer for Vandybuilt please!!!!

This could be just as strong a reason that he stays in LA. He and his family could enjoy anonymity while at USC and not worry about the added attention of celebrity. That might make life easier, especially with a young child.

For everyone asking why he'd want a lateral move, just remember that he freakin won a national title here and a move to his alma mater probably wouldn't be lateral to him.

Tee Martin Watch there is the forum where USC talks about him. buy in and you can read them all. lol And I don't see where Volquest reported Tee is in Knoxville. Please post that link up. It could be possible but per Volquest the entire staff in on the trail recruiting today.

Saw a tweet that said volquest had reported it, but Jayson Swain tweeted it just a few minutes ago.

I wouldn't think it woud be lateral. I could see Butch Jones making Tee the Recruiting Co-ordinator/WR coach. Maybe even, RC/AHC/WR coach and offer a pretty substancial raise. Coming from LA, cost of living would be better in Knoxville too.

But one thing Tee Martin can do is he call BS when coaching the WR, because of who he is if they are dogging it and we saw some dogging this year. CDH was a good coach but didnt have the "it" factor when getting WR's working hard..

I don't know if they are 'future head coach' material. But, it would be nice to start getting more coaches in 'bigger roles' that have a Vol background. To me, Fulmer showed how real Orange commitment can translate in to a winning program. He would have done almost anything for Vol success. On the other hand, you have 'hired guns' like Kiffin that could care less if they trash the program. So, Tee and Graham being coaches could be important for the program's future star coaches as well.
