This reminds me of the time my dad fell on the sword for me. I was in high school. I was skipping class, signing myself out of school for bs excuses, forging his signature on notes sent home, and deleting voicemails our dean was leaving on our home phone. At the end of the year I failed some classes and had to have a meeting with my dad and the dean. The Dean said to my dad "You never reached out to me even after all the notes sent home, report cards, and phone calls about your sons performance."

But I do know that modern technology long ago left traditional radio based jamming in the dust. Modern communications consist of very condensed and brief encrypted bursts. Not 100 percent. But I have taught courses in data networking, including ir, fiber, microwave, and WiFi. If someone tells me they are certain they blocked all communications from getting through, I have a healthy skepticism. If anyone CAN block everything, it would be our military. But this sort of thing is a cat and mouse game and every countermeasure has its own countermeasure. You never really know if you are the person with your hand at the top of the bat or not. The only sure way is to render the transmitter inoperable.
