Oh I’m totally ok with repealing a few amendments. Let’s start with the 17th. And yes the only requirements on voting outlined in the Constitution were the reps abs senators and the electoral college. How states filled those seats and votes were left to each state.

I can agree to it as a starting point in a conversation. But if people are not contributing to the coffers then I don’t think they should have much of a say on how those coffers are allocated.

I think that had to be the 19th Amendment in the 20's. Who was allowed to vote was left up to the states until then.
