“High tech” is relative I guess. I don’t doubt they will find surveillance equipment on the payload but I’d bet a lot of VN bucks it is all rather pedestrian technology. China had to assume each of those balloons launched is likely going to get compromised.

Oh I’m totally ok with repealing a few amendments. Let’s start with the 17th. And yes the only requirements on voting outlined in the Constitution were the reps abs senators and the electoral college. How states filled those seats and votes were left to each state.
