Do you think Petersen is up to the challange in the SEC and do you think accepting a job where the team is at the very bottom of the conference is what Petersen wants? Who ever accepts the job already knows the tremendous task that lays ahead. The talent level at UT the last several years is indeed eye opening to say the least....I just don't think the fans have accepted how bad the talent level has droped even with only 2 (possible) SEC wins in the last 2 years. This coaching hire is the most important in UT history......Gruden is the only one who may posess enough pizaz to immediately impact recruiting....IMO

Guys..please...how can any coach want to come to a team when the fans can't even spell his name?

it's PetersEn....E not O jeez.

and besides if Chris goes to the Hogs...Boise will get Gruden...hands down

Yes, because a coach decides which school he goes to based on how well they spell his name. :rolleyes:

Also if that were the case I don't believe Alabama would ever get a coach.

I agree with the OP and as such will be watching my spelling a little closer. For example, Petreeno, Straung, Goalden, Feesher, Stuups, Gruden, etc....

Is this post a joke? GrudenWILL NOT go to Boise. First of all they could never afford him. Secondly he would never take that job. For the billionth time he would only consider 2 college jobs. UT and ND. And lastly Petersen is not going to Arky. Good grief...
