UNC is certainly one of the top teams. Top 2? Not sure yet but top 4 I would say for sure. Don’t be shocked if Clemson still finds their way to the championship. They still have talent. If you’re presuming them to be one of the two best overall conference records at the end of the season and UNC being the other, then sure.
(The ACC went division-less this year, so the championship game is just the 2 best conference records…I’m presuming that Wake Forest vs Pittsburgh Conference Championship Game year hit fast forward button on the ACC doing away with their divisions).
It wasn't all about the offense. He never mentions his defense while Duke just scored 28 on them.
They couldnt get out of their own way. Reminded me of us in years pastDabo is a class act, but this loss will haunt Clemson for the rest of the season and change their post placement. I believe, every football game in the NCAA and NFL matters..... A LOT because it's and event. If my team came out and played like Clemson did tonight, I'd be incredibly frustrated or angry. Clemson looked like "they just hung out all summer and didn't do diddly squat to prepare for their first game. Good for Duke though. They obviously prepared and they played far better than I was expecting them too.
Ergo: Dabo needs to stay his creepy hypocrite azz where he is and lose.If I'm Clemson, I'm starting a coaching search now. Dabo has been living past his shelf life the past couple years....there's momentum going into this, there's the same coming out of it. He's toast, and if he keeps losing this year, which is imminently possible, the 2024/5 class will evaporate. He's literally on the edge, only Clemson hasn't realized it yet. The more you deny it, the further they'll sink.....
