But also the guys they've recruited need prove them right in their evals through development. Addison, Reddick, Grant, and Lang need to start or contribute heavily by 2024.

I don't think any RS freshmen on the OL have to contribute to validate a coach's evaluation. RS sophomores are another story. Going into your 3rd year, a player should be solidly in the 2 deep depending on numbers at the position. Addison and Lang will be true freshmen this year, but there have been plenty of 5*s who haven't contributed by their 3rd year. Does that mean everybody (coaches, recruiting experts, etc.) missed on the evaluations? There are too many factors beyond physical ability that can determine these things.

This is a guy that's already really well developed physically. He looks like he's in college already and hasn't started SR year of high school.

He'll get bumped up!
And I don't think Deion is going to just walk away from recruiting thia kid.

With what we lose after this season (barring the possibility of Cooper and Spraggins using the extra Covid year) at least 2 of those guys will be starters and all, with the exception of Vysen Lang, should be in the 2 deep. If not, they are likely destined for the portal. We get Mincey and Dayne Davis back next year at tackle (Crawford may have a Covid year to use, not sure about that). I don't see Spraggins coming back if he has a good season. Same for Cooper.
