Coach Dooley, thank you for what you did!

I posted this in another thread, but it is important to me how this situation is handled ... Dooley has done a lot of admirable things for my school & he has bled orange while doing it. Orange pants for God's sake! He's also had some of the worst luck I've ever witnessed on the football field. He deserves some respect through this process IMO

Hard to give a man respect when he doesn't take responsibility for his calls and constantly throws his own players under the bus.

Not saying he's perfect be any means ... Pretty obvious by the fact that he's gonna be fired.

I think you're not understanding OP's point was to make fun of Dooley. I could be wrong but that's how I took it.

Though the record doesn't show it this team improved drastically from when he took the job. Hung in there with some top ten teams. Tough breaks this year with an even tougher schedule. Unfortunate end for a great guy. Hope Hart can find the man for the job (anyone but james Franklin and petrino)

Tough break was created by him. A good coach could show Bray how to finish the job (and give him the chance) and hire a DC who would't completely change the scheme making the D unbelievably worse. The teams he "hung in there with" should have been beat. That's what this year was supposed to be about.

You know some of you guys really can piss me off sometimes.

Dooley took this job and embraced this school when no one else wanted the wreck Kiffin had left. He put integrity back into this team and, as stated earlier, hung tough with a parade of top ten teams.

He had some bad luck along the way and made some bad luck of his own, but through it all, he bled orange through and through.

I agree, he has to be fired, however. The results just arent there. That being said, the man deserves to get the credit for the good things he did and in the good manner in which he piloted this program through the toughest time its ever seen.

So for those of you who like to belittle people from your mom's basement, think about it before you open your mouth. You might just be proving how stupid you really are.

I think what you're overlooking here is that no one else wanted Dooley either. He had amost the exact same record through 3 years at La Tech as the previous guy who got fired. He may have gotten himself fired in another year there. But we came in and offered to more than double his salary and we gave him this ridiculous buyout, so he ends up with around 11 million dollars for three years of failure? Damn right he embraced us. But I'm not going to praise him for it.

Ha ha tougher schedule? This was the easiest schedule he faced in his 3 years here!

You Dooley lovers crack me up. He is a damned Con Man period. He's little more than a used car salesman.

You clowns can keep saying that no one wanted the job but that doesn't make it so. He got the job because of his last name and we had an AD that was an idiot. It was a great opportunity for him that he didn't deserve or earn and he failed.

Getting rid of his sorry coaching ass is good for UT. Getting to watch all of you boot polishers is good for me.
