Kellie is starting to have done success at the high school level —Boyd and brooks. Though Pissott did not work out, she was a higher ranked recruit. Boyd snd cooper is a strong incoming class but we need more in terms of numbers.

Looks like that magic has been delayed by 365 days or so. We'll see, but if we get through tomorrow I would think she is coming back or our coach is still playing in a tourney.

Everyone can appreciate the player from the 90’s. Fans have a hard time separating the two…coach and player. Unless your number is in the rafters, then hang on tight.

Brooks looks legit and is a nice player I think.

I’m hoping the early enrollment helps Boyd. I watched a lot of her film a few months ago and she is very athletic and a great defender. She has some obvious offensive deficits though.

I think something you have to factor in is that without the injuries this season, we are probably a higher seed and hosting the first two rounds of NCAA tournament. Losing a Rickea Jackson level player for 9 straight games would have a big effect on any team. Losing Destinee Wells after only 10 games was probably a bigger lost than most realize. Because of that I think CKH should remain the coach for at least one more season.

Yes!!! I hope Key comes back. We were seeing based on the conditioning she could do during the season for the most part. With a good off season, she should at least be back to her pre-illness self where she was the block queen. And her offensive post is better than it was a sophomore.

Cooper and Boyd should shore up the perimeter defense. Maybe Wells too depending on she recovers.

Wynn is another player whose improvement curve should not overlooked. She won't be AA next year but she will be a solid contributor.

Having a defensive oriented team suits Kellie's MO. Shooting comes and go but lock down defense can get you wins night after night. Her best stretch as a LV coach in year 2 was when the LVs were a defensive juggernaut but injuries chipped away that by the season's end.

Twitter is the worst this site is tame compared to it sometimes. Just be happy she is getting another year to succeed. Cause words don't matter from people here doing the firing some of them fire every coach after every loss. Barnes has his firing thread as well. I used to try to protest them all now I just let them have their say cause the board is free speech and as long as they stay within the board rules are free to say what they please.
