Again, I didn't say it's a primary factor, but it definitely IS a factor. And yes, being successful is ultimately a more attractive quality to all recruits, regardless of skin color. But recruits commit to a coach more so than a program. We've seen multiple recruits and their families talk about this. We also know that as a society, we find people of the same culture/back ground to be more relatable. Considering relatability is a strong factor in recruiting (or any industry where you're selling something), it's silly to dismiss this as having no relevancy, even if there are other qualities that are more important.
