No coach is going to magically fix this mess. Even the best coach in the country isn’t going to come here and win in year 1. This is the total rebuild, culture has to be established.
If it is Elliot, best thing we can do is support him and hope for the best.

No, but the problem is clowns going after someone that is getting hearsay from someone inside the department, told by that person to take it with a grain of salt (essentially), running with it as direct knowledge and getting pissed off when some things come up short for reasons unknown. What person with an IQ above zero does that? If you actually read the early part of the thread, before page 50, you would know much of what he said came true. Danny White gets hired and things got tightened down, internally, soon after. Why is it that hard to understand? It doesn't taker a rocket scientist. It's not about taking up for someone but more about calling out the idiots.
