Cohen likely to cooperate with prosecution

By the way, don't forget that Michael Cohen was the deputy finance chair of the RNC. The implications for that are widespread.

Campaign finance, clear obstruction, and likely conspiracy. So, yeah.
He's going to get triple scoops this time.

He will still be president for the next 2 years. People that powerful and wealthy arent subject to the same things as you and me.

This case isnt a slam dunk. Remember, Cohen said before, under oath, that he did this stuff on his own. Now he flip flops and says the opposite. Yet he still didnt name Trump specifically.

Which charge is the dagger in your opinion?

Today he stood up and testified under oath that Donald Trump directed him to commit a crime by making payments to two women for the principal purpose of influencing an election. If those payments were a crime for Michael Cohen, then why wouldn't they be a crime for Donald Trump?

I think I read an argument concerning sitting presidents and indictments as they relate to crimes prior to being elected.

I know there are debates regarding indicting a siting president. Am I wrong that the consensus is that the president can be charged for alleged crimes if they occured before becoming president?

Either way, he's going to need more than his word to take down POTUS.

What crime was committed by Trump?

Nothing dude, it's all fine. Nothing to see here.
