Steve Bannon puts the cherry on top with the following quote from Michael Wolffe’s Fire and Fury (a statement which he has not denied).

“Look, [Marc] Kasowitz (Mr. Trump’s New York attorney of many years) has known [Trump] for twenty-five years. [He] has gotten him out of all kinds of jams. Kasowitz on the campaign — what did we have, a hundred women? Kasowitz took care of all of them.”

Among the dumber things which Trump has ever said, he apparently told Ainsley Earhardt of Fox and Friends yesterday, that "it almost ought to be illegal" to 'flip', otherwise known as a criminal turning state's evidence. Even by Trump's low standards, this was an incredibly strange thing for a President who supposedly supports law and order to say. In the same interview, he even acknowledges that he is aware of how important this practice has been in gaining convictions of organized crime bosses such as John Gotti. Would even one single District Attorney in this country agree that a criminal turning state's evidence "almost ought to be illegal"? And yet, he will still call himself the "law and order President". Trump has no sense of self awareness whatsoever.

I’d be shocked if there’s not an abortion(s) in trumps wake. He’s just that kind of guy.

If Trump is impeached over this, I fully expect small groups of people taking up arms. This is a huge middle finger to the election process.

Against who? The United States Armed Forces? The National Guard? The D.C. Police force? The Secret Service? He-Man and The Masters of the Universe? And what would that accomplish?

No clue. It probably won’t accomplish anything. But people that voted are furious that this whole thing is transpiring, especially considering it was a setup to get dirt on him to bring him down. This is as dirty as it gets and is a coup.
