Hmmm just the simple fact that CBJ has 2 solid QB options, that have been on campus for at least 1 season, to choose from is proof that it's much better than when he got here.

You're right... The fact analysts are saying we'll be lucky to win 5 games SCREAMS that we're better of...

Here we go again, just like this same time last year, with a bunch of bold predictions of 7-8 wins without doing anything special. All of this on the heels of a 5-7 campaign after which we lose all of our offensive play-making talent. Some people on here just never seem to get it. Outside of Kentucky and two non-conference games, which games on our schedule are we going to win without difficulty?

We will be fortunate to win 5 games next season. Anything above that is a bonus and would be verging on "something special".

Reality bites!

Hmmm our schedule and complete coaching change doesn't scream confidence. IMO media confidence would have been higher if Dooley would have been kept around. So thanks buddd:hi:

We better go 6-6. We have 4 automatics on the schedule. Missouri and Auburn suck.

Stop and take the time to think before posting.

Missouri beat us this past season in Knoxville with a decimated O-line. Auburn, while down record-wise last season, will show significant improvement next season under Malzahn, IMHO. They have been recruiting talent that is on campus. All they need is a fresh start with Malzahn. Not saying we can't beat Auburn, but if you think they are going to be 3-9 again next season, you better do a double take.

I hate posting it too. But it is reality. I foresaw these dark days back in 2010 while watching Bama manhandle us in Knoxville. That night I knew we would be looking at no less than three more years of lean seasons before we begin to see noticable improvement. 2013 would be the third of those years.

Anyway, sit back and take it all in stride, if you can. If you can't you will just drive yourself crazy bonkers!

Well I was the negative Nancy last year as I wasn't very confident in the 9 or 10 wins that a lot of folks thought, but this year I am going the opposite way.... I honestly think we are going to be better than most folks think.....

I believe we will sneak up on a few folks... I also think there are players that have learned from the CDD years... What I mean by that is that they have been so close so many times that they are ready to get over the hump in some of the close games....

I also think there are a few teams that will not be certain what our offense will look like...Could be wrong, but our defense couldn't be much worse either...

I have no idea where they will come from or who they will be against, but I think we will win 8 games...Just my 2 cents..

Any Tennessee fan who thinks were winning 7-8 games next year is in for a rude awaking next fall.
