College Hoops Around The Country [TN opponents, RPI, others]

Cincy not play today?

Any of their wins or losses we should root against near Quadrant lines?

Tomorrow at WSU

Their opponents that play today and are close to the line are q3/4 games.

Tomorrow we want south Florida over SMU and Tulane over UCF. UCF is barely a Q1 win for both them and WSU. And SMU is just barely outside of being Q2

Not if the committee sticks to the importance they’ve clearly placed on Q1 wins

But the committee is never consistent so you’re probably right

I wish I had kept the data but at the time of the announcement of the 16 seeds Mich state was two spots ahead of us and I don't think they have lost since while we had our "worse" loss. I'd say that gap of 2 has widened

They are only projected to have 4 Q1 wins. We have 6

I just tried to make sense of it, I made it to like 3rd place and gave up...it can go so many different ways.

If Kentucky wins they are 3rd place team meaning they would be on our side of the bracket. If they lose/Florida wins, then Florida is the 3rd place team.

We want Florida.

Damn early games aren’t really going our way. Nothing major but little things like Wake.

And how many close games has Xavier win this year?? WAY more than they’d be expected to. It has to catch up with them...

I’ll take the UK result, biggest one so far went our way...next biggest is Texas/WVU and they’re in OT.

I’m so glad the final SEC game today is Vandy/Ole Miss for the 10 people that are looking forward to it.

I don't think the Saturday night SEC game is prime time and considered very good. Viewership is usually not good, and I believe it has been a mediocre game for most of the year.

2-0 so far in the big ones.

Never seen a year like Florida’s. Except for Tennessee and Alabama, they basically lost to the crap of the league. 2 losses to Georgia. Lost to ole miss. Lost to Vandy. Lost to SC.

I don’t think I’d want to play UF again on a Neutral Court.

Me either. I said it in the other SECT thread earlier this week where Freak showed the SECT odds, but Florida at 10-1 is pretty inviting. That's even more so now that they secured the double bye.
