Without checking the numbers, that sounds like some of our games.

Edit: So I checked the numbers anyway, and they aren't quite as damning as I first anticipated. Vandy, NCSU, and Purdue are all games in which we shot better from 3 than from 2. I only looked at our wins FWIW SINCE it was compared to a USCe win in which they shot better from 3 than from 2.

Ok, but BTO and one other person (can't remember...Bruin, maybe?) don't constitute "everyone".

Scratch that, BTO is the only one I can find in this thread remotely questioning Florida.

Auburn may win the SEC and they are definitely going to the NCAA Tourney. The question is: What happens to Bruce Pearl after the season has concluded? My guess is that Auburn will have to release him because of the impending NCAA sanctions that surely are headed their way!

Hard to say. At one point I thought he wouldn't survive but it's gotten quiet now and he's winning a lot of games.

Two things that come into my mind when thinking about it.

1. Auburn is not bothered by coaches swimming in the murky water and they will protect a cheater cause that's what they are.

2. They don't care about basketball and if they need to fire Bruce to keep the NCAA away from their campus they will.

Those two things kinda play against each other here so I don't know what is gonna happen. Maybe Bruce wins enough to take another job and restarts his clock somewhere else.

Bruce has already been hit with 1 3 year show cause penalty because of what happened here. I don't see any way they don't hit him worse this time. Maybe if this was the first time he might get some leeway. But these are very serious allegations (paying players). I don't think he survives but who knows.

I said hot take, funny how you complain when others put words in your mouth but then leave out parts of what others say. Hell I even said in that same post that they will probably make it, but you do you Ziti.

Hot take or not, the loss has you questioning Florida. That was the point. No need to make a big deal out of it.

Eye roll it all you want...you wonder how people take what they do from your statements, it’s because you make a dumb statement like “everyone is now questioning Florida” when in fact nobody is “just now” questioning Florida. And you said it in rebuttal to a poster pointing out how you dodged the claim of SC being a horrible team and then double down with an inaccurate claim of “everyone” now doubting Florida. SMH
