I expect Kansas to lose more games though regardless, playing in that conference. But if they lose three in a row things may spiral just a bit and while that will defiantly be a Q1 win no matter what, may eventually not look like one of the premier wins in the country

Baylor's overall record against Kansas is abysmal but they have won their last two home games against them. So slight edge to the Bears....maybe? As long as Kansas does not stumble Saturday in RA.

Houston doesn't play anyone in conference
Neither does Gonzaga. So what? They’ve been to 9 straight Sweet 16s, with 4 Elite 8s, and 2 championship appearances.

The AAC isn’t terrible, either. Memphis and Cincinnati are decent teams, and historically very good teams. Temple has had its moments. Houston should dominate that league, but that’s in large part to the fact that they’re a very good team. They won at Virginia by 9. They lost by 6 to the best team in the country, IMO. They won at Oregon. They beat St. Mary’s at home. They played a decent OOC schedule and played well.

Baylor is on 4 seed line and has 5 losses, we definitely are rooting for them over Kansas.
I guess more so the worry is that the Kansas win is carrying out resume, if they lose 3 straight would that not hurt our resume some? I also know we want separation between us and then though, so I don’t really know how it works.

Not gonna hurt it that much, I don’t see them just collapsing, even if they do lose 3 straight. Plus at that point we control our own, we’ve got plenty of marquee matchups coming up to continue to build the resume.

We have several more résumé games on our schedule, too, though. We don’t want KU to fall on their face, but if we both stay around the same record, KU probably has more chances to improve their résumé than we do. We need to create separation with them more than anyone right around us, probably. I don’t want to put our fate in the hands of the committee…that’s not worked in our favor in the past.
