I haven’t been paying as much attention to UNC. How’s their resume stack up?

The ACC is not nearly as good as the SEC. Most pundits only have 3 teams in the tourney! And Duke wasn't even very good in the first half
of the season. Vols have played a much tougher schedule, I think, though we did lose to UNC at their place.

Pretty similar, they beat us H2H. Have one fewer loss. If UF falls to Q2 after their Vandy debacle today, we are tied in Q1 wins at 7. Ultra blueblood. We were a #3 a couple years ago with better resumes than UK or Duke, and we had beaten UK twice, both of them got #2 seeds. We were told that no matter what we did in the SECT we were locked into the #3, seed. We won the SECT and it made 0 difference. Blue bloods won out.

I wouldn’t sweat the 1 seed or 2 seed thing. The committee will seed based upon what the businessmen running the tournament tell them. Then they will make up their justification after the fact as always.

The game thread is for venting and getting that crap out of your system. I did a post after a loss last your and absolutely went off on a player. What I said was way over the top. This unnamed player was terrible in that game but I should have got my venting out during the game in the game thread.

Most of us know this but some folks want to comb through the game threads after the final buzzer to pick out posts that were clearly made out of frustration at a particular moment of the game. They'll bump those posts and call you a troll, negavol, or horrible fan. I don't get that, but perhaps it makes them feel like a super fan.
