I don't believe I've ever said anyone had to cheer for the Colts (like Titans fans do all the time) but to just jump in and call him a pouter after he just lost a playoff game in about the most difficult way possible is ridiculous IMO. But do whatever makes you happy I guess

This is how I feel.

Vols fans can root for or against anybody they want.

This whole arguement is stupid. I love Peyton Manning, therefore I root for the Colts. Simple as that. If you don't, you don't. I have absolutely no problem with that. Honestly, when Peyton retires, I won't give a rat's ass about the Colts. I'm about to reach that point anyway. The Saints have as many Vols as any one team and I hate them with a fiery passion. I love the Falcons and they don't have any former Vols that I can think of. Not much point to this post I guess, but that's my point of view. The NFL is really just something for me to watch when there aren't any SEC or big-time college games on. Whatever...

you already mentioned this. Both of these issues are discussed ad nauseum within the archives of this board. Feel free to look them up. Label me a NegaVol. Tell me I'm not a real fan, or even a fan at all. Most on this board know where my allegiances lie. I don't have to cheer for Peyton and I don't have to cheer for the basketball team for my blood to run orange for UT football. Or UT Baseball for that matter. Or UT golf, tennis, track and field or even swimming.

I do not feel competitive at all. He is just on record today as not supproting Tennessee basketball since the Wade Houston era because they lost. Now he is dissing Peyton because he couldn't beat Florida. I have no desire to be a "truer" fan than anyone. His posts just rile me a little.
