Metal is becoming difficult to get. It's weird the things there are shortages of. Spray paint cans, cans or canisters in general are difficult to get.

It feels like we are dangerously close to the bubble bursting, could a poor retail showing during the Christmas shopping season be the straw? I'm not a huge economy person but I know when it ain't good!

Christmas? If they don't have product on the floor by a certain time before Christmas, they will know beforehand that they won't have the sales. My guess would be Black Friday will tell you a lot.

I think it is coming. We have squeaked by in the mfg world via inventories that already existed prior to Covid and then people finally coming back online. But it is hand to mouth everyday.

I can imagine retail getting crushed this Christmas season.

Ok, your chart shows a massive Q1 and Q2 growth over multiple previous years.

Why?

Because stimulus money was infused into the economy and grocery sales and computer sales and home improvement sales went through the roof due to this infuse of cash.

The car companies cancelled all silicon orders and the computer companies took them and now the car companies are f’d for the next 3 to 4 quarters to get the orders back in stock.

The reality is Q1 and q2 are low sales months so even as high as this is compared to previous years it would still leave many in the red come q3 and with the supply chains destroyed we are looking at a bloodbath this fall and winter for retailers.

I am considering buying some PS5 consoles and reselling on EBay for a nice profit. I notice Best Buy is already out of stock on the base consoles. I would believe that is a sign of what is to come.

Wow, let me edit my own comment. Every PS5 at Best Buy is currently out of stock.

The start of it. You won't need to wait until 2022 for earnings reports to get a massive pull back. I'm saying that if there is no product on the floor, you could see that pull back before Christmas...

I have been trying to find a Xbox X at either Best Buy or Walmart or GameStop for months now.

I wanted to get 3 of them for my kids and myself and I can’t even find 1. My fear is I am gonna be in a Walmart on Black Friday fighting 500 people over 5 of them.

Wow, my last 5 minutes of research has blown me away. They are nowhere.

The holiday sales season is about to get annihilated. Unbelievable.
