my son who's a senior in high school and recently accepted to the University of Tennessee :yahoo: exposed a bammer at a high school football game last fall. apparently the band wagon bammer was running his mouth about how he hopes auburn kills the VOLS. my son told the guy, "guess the 'iron bowl' means little to you." the bammer got quiet and his face went blank. then my son asked him, "you do know who plays in the iron bowl, right?" the bammer said yes, isn't that florida and fsu? my son laughed and the dude tried to pick a fight with him. sad.

There was a bandwagon Bama fan I loved to mess with back in high school. We were watching the blind-side in class and he got really upset when Nick Saban introduced himself as LSU's coach. I was like you do know he coached there a few years ago don't you? And he responded by saying I was making it up.

I've posted on FB that Bama doesn't want any part of FL ST and the 1st reply said "They can bring."

I was like dude you were a long time Auburn fan.

People just wanna fit in. Football is the only thing Bammer residents have to their name. That's why they breathe it.
