The more you look at this report, Durham is agreeing with Horowitz on a great deal of substance here. One key Republican talking point has been debunked: Per The Washington Post, John Durham declined to endorse one key Republican theory on the so-called "deep state"... that Joseph Mifsud was actually a CIA agent or FBI informant working to undermine Trump's presidential bid.
