Congress Criminal Referral Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Strzok, and Page to DOJ

Ouch

So the report clearly states that the start of the investigation was unbiased and warranted which completely undercuts Trump and his supporter's talking point. It's on to the next hair-brained conspiracy theory for Trump and his sycophants to distract the base from the truth.

Am I wrong, or does Horowitz have access to government employees, whereas Durham can go anywhere and convene grand juries, etc.? That would seem to make quite a difference in what one can conclude versus the other.
My understanding is that Horowitz does not have the ability to subpoena or compel anyone, his ability to get statements only pertains to current government employees. Durham can subpoena and compel just about anyone he needs to. He also has the power to convene a Grand Jury and seek indictments.

This report raises more questions than it does in answering
Why did Clapper lie?
Why did the FBI keep surveillance going even when it was determined to be wrong?
Why wasn't Trump notified of being cleared?
Who was Steele's source?

Durham can keep it in the partisan bickering stage for a while but he really needed Horowitz to confirm some bias to keep it going. There will be some reforms made within the FBI like Wray said... but as a "scandal" this story just died.

Just what I thought. There could be significant differences in what they can find out then.

Horowitz investigates within the DOJ, while Durham can investigate outside it.
