Congress Criminal Referral Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Strzok, and Page to DOJ

There has been rumor that the DOJ will be looking into leaks from some of these Committees. Sessions already has one indictment with more to come. They probably should focus on Adam Schiff and Feinstein first since that is where most of it is coming from.:)

Ummmmm.... yeah? You did call us nuts on the 2nd prosecutor demand?🤪 that’s what I said?

What was the reason you needed a second special council? Fisa abuse was proven false. Spy in the Trump camp also proven false. The Nunesburger. What reason do you have for a second special council?

Take it up with Congress. They’re the ones that made the demand.

And now they’re being threatened for calling DAG out for not doing his damn job RE doc requests.

Oh, the emails and communications that would be uncovered. The gang of 8 seem to think the best thing to do is let the Mueller investigation play out without the investigation of the investigators during a high level investigation. They are not calling for a second council, Just the Trump pawns.

Its Tuesday Rosenstein don't seem worried.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., has given the Justice Department until Tuesday to provide access to documents concerning the FBI's alleged informant looking into any Russian ties to President Trump's 2016 campaign.

In a letter sent Friday to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Nunes said the records should be provided to all committee members "and designated staff" rather than just the so-called "Gang of Eight" -- which refers to Republican and Democratic leaders in both houses of Congress as well as top lawmakers from the intelligence panels.

You do know the OIG report is due out Thursday. The only thing that has even been hinted at is impropriety of the Hillary investigation. Obviously not.

Obviously you are just making crap up.

Are you saying that we need a second special council to investigate the investigators because Horowitz is incompetent of doing so? That is the point of discussion when you started replying. Rosenstein's not worried. neither am I. Right now all that hints at such FISA abuse is the Nunesburger memo.

WTH are you talking about?

You said the FISA abuse had been proven false. That simply isn't true as it is currently being investigated with no conclusions yet.

Can you show me some investigation that has proven it false?

I'm challenging your assertion.

You didn't even know Horowitz was looking in to it. He's not doing it to placate Nunes.

Have you see anything that validates Fisa abuse? You of all people that keeps saying "collusion has been proven false" and "obstruction has been proven false" have no room for such claims.

His sole job is to investigate the investigators and just because he is investigating them does not mean there are anything to the fisa abuse allegations by Trump and Nunes. I appreciate the link though.

Hilarious.

On the first paragraph. I have never said collusion has been proven false. I have said the collusion accusation is not coming to fruition and the evidence is lacking. I repeat I've never made the definitive claim that the collusion accusation has been proven false. To the contrary, I've repeatedly said we'll shall see what the investigation finds.

As to seeing something that validates FISA abuse we do know that McCabe testified the FISA application would not have been obtained without the use of the Steele dossier.

To the second paragraph, Horowitz is investigating because there is enough information to make it worthy of investigating. That validates there is enough to merit looking into it.

Notice I haven't claimed that abuse did occur. I've simply said it is being investigated.

You however specifically said it has been proven false. That is not at all true and you cannot point to any information supporting your claim.

Make a statement of fact; back it up.

From the link he investigates what Sessions tell him to. If you are not a believer in the fisa abuse, why are you so hostile? Don't see you being that way with the one that do say collusion proven false and obstruction proven false. Why is that?
