Since you added the disclaimer and you quit reading at some point, ask Dallas what happens when he posts music here we don’t like. And I use him as an example not just because he already screwed up and interacted with you, but he’s one of, if not the most active poster here.

He’s a pretty good writer if you can get past the dislike of the hip hop influence.
As a recovering alcoholic…..which Walker Hayes is too…..drinking songs says a lot about the struggle.

Another example.

A while back I saw Kameron Marlowe at a small venue. had never heard of him but I enjoy live music so I went. This guy is absolutely awesome live. So I said something about it on here. Might have been this thread or another somewhere else. I don’t recall. The response was “that guy was on the voice and got eliminated early” like that somehow discredited a guy who is awesome live.

He’s just released a new song.

Y’all should go ahead and start your hate for this guy too.

I mean most of the bands we listen to have openly rebuked Nashville and mainstream. Several times. several have been doing so for literally decades. They write songs about it. But let’s not let facts get in the way of a good troll job

Also, either I was at a bad venue or the Infamous Stringdusters have gotten light years better live than they were like a decade ago.

Idc what he writes, it’s automatically invalid when he also has the Applebee’s song. People gave Jamey Johnson crap for HTB, but at least he admits it was crap.
