But Trump is being prosecuted over a judge's valuation of 18 Mil, a valuation you say is wrong. So are you saying Trump is wrongly being prosecuted?

He is a Trump hating judge in cohoots with a Trump hating AG. A legit judge would have never let this go to trial.

Trump is being prosecuted over many improper valuations, one of which is MarA Lago....


Even without MAL, there are numerous other ones including most of his golf course empire, Trump Tower, Westchester County property, 40 Wall Street, etc...

Just because a serial killer wasnt found guilty of killing one girl doesn't mean he can get away with killing the 9 that he was proven guilty of killing...

A smart lawyer would have sought a jury trial instead of allowing a corrupt, trump hating judge to make the final decision.

Of course, then, you couldn't blame the judge for what is an inevitable outcome.

The N.Y.S. Attorney General, therefore, committed FRAUD for Political and Election Interference reasons. This case should therefore be dismissed!

Litigating this in the court of public opinion isn't going to work. Screeching "nuh uh" and trashing the judges in every trial isn't going to work.

Yes, I have listened to it. VDH is on other talk shows and does not get much time to speak, this was the most time I've heard him speak.

Scary precedent set here I believe...would this make any seller who marks up thier prices above the cost to produce, liable for fraud as the value they are asking is inflated to gain a better profit
