It would be absolutely unreasonable to expect the media outlets to admit how much they payed to avoid transparent discovery of their chicanery.

She’s upset bc look at the thread and see how wrong she was about the incident. As usual 😂

Go look at securities fraud class actions. Those almost never go to trial. Most are total crap. Yet they still settle for millions because the companies would rather pay something that's fairly nominal to them (and are often paid from D&O insurance) than deal with years of bothersome and expensive discovery or the 5% chance that they lose at trial.

This is true but the kid was 100% done wrong in this case
