When they or y'all were talking about the Cranberries the other night, I listened to a live version and the official video of Mandinka. Then Ode to family by Cranberries.

Not many things I guarantee, but I guarantee you can't beat Maple Leaf Farms product. They have fresh too, but if you want something easy to prepare without giving up quality...you can't beat it.

That half duck fully cooked used to come with a pouch of Grand Marnier sauce that was as good as any. They have a raspberry brandy one too but I've only seen the orange GM one at Publix. I think Costco carries MLF too.

Had to go to Publix to get shallots, they had the half duck. They also had frozen duck breasts. Good to know

The breasts are quality as well, but I'm just partial to the crispyness of the skin and the bone in half. I grilled them too, but I like it best in the oven. Get that skin juuuuust right. Mmmmm my mouffes is a waterin.

I watched a movie a few years ago that reminded me of this movie. It was called "tomorrow when the war began", and based in Australia. It was pretty good also.

Interesting story about Rick Stevens the lead singer of Tower of Power, he went to prison for 36 years after
he was convicted of killing three men in a drug addicted haze and he became a born-again Christian and when he got
out of prison continued to sing with Tower of Power until he passed away from liver cancer in 2017.
