Where THE FAWK IS THE PILLSBURY DOUGH@Behr
Air fryer plans for tonight:
Roasted vegetables & kielbasa
(Onion, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, red potatoes, and mushrooms)
BOON NÕÕGA!
Don't order a flavored one.I have been meaning to order the one from California that has Garlic but I haven't yet.
I use Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Robust. All I do is sautee veggies, cook up some chicken, stuff like that. Am I effing up? Is there a better brand/type for this kind of use?Don't order a flavored one.
Go to Walmart and get Partanna with the yellow label. It's organic and Sicilian. It's a great all around oil. Get two and put a few garlic cloves in one. $11 a big bottle. 750 ml I think.
Or if they have it, get the California Olive Ranch Robust. Or get 2 of them. $6 for a 500 ml bottle.
Both of those are excellent inexpensive oils I guarantee you'll be happy with. Both are high in polyphenols which is what you're wanting, right?

Im just giving my opinion on ones I know are good and economical. Ones I trust because I researched and tried. I ain't trying to act like an expert here, just knowledgeable on the ones I'm recommending. I have these in my kitchen and used both today. Lucini is another affordable choice but a little more expensive.
The California Olive Ranch Robust is really good. I just got it yesterday from Publix. I have the Original and Moderate and they're good, but I like the Robust best. It's deep.
