Yeah, Im guilty too and that's why I have no problems saying something.

IRL that's my biggest pet peeve, well not that exactly, but interrupting me when I'm talking. I rarely let it go without saying something.

I don't do it to others and I require the same from them..

As disrespectful as it is, when you are really engaged in a conversation sometimes it's hard not to do. It's a terrible fault I have and try hard not to do.

I suppose that my biggest pet peeves would be when someone tries to ack like they are better than others and when people are easily offended and jump on everything you say. I suppose that bothers me as much or more than anything.
 
I probably should have said people that are always looking for something to be offended by.

Back to chia seeds! I have ‘em, just not clear what to do with them, other than sprinkle them on stuff.

Do you add them to stew-type dishes while you’re cooking them? Although I know that you’re personally eating differently these days.

I just sprinkle them on everything and put them in my ginger tea in the mornings. I drink it fast so it works out good. Can't taste them and like 114 said, the fiber is really high, like 10 grams for 2 tablespoons.
