I made a teriyaki sauce last night that I think I'm gonna keep. I got it a little to thick, and actually wondered if it was too thick for H. Other than that I think it's on point. It was soooo good on mahi this morning for breakfast.

Mahi teriyaki and roasted garlic
Sliced avocado half
Slice of pineapple

Just had 2oz of fish.

I generally don't like fish but one of the best meals I have ever eaten was red snapper in Jamaica cooked by a wonderful sweet pastors wife of whom I was staying with on my trip. She made a red gravy with peppers and onions served on a bed of rice and peas. It was as good as any steak I have ever eaten. It still had the head and fins on it and some kind of red seasoning that I wish I knew what it was.
Also I eat at a seafood place in Florida that was better than anything seafood that I've had in TN. I guess it's gotta be fresh...😁

Escovitch (sp?) probably, that's a popular dish I used to serve when we'd get fresh snapper off the dock. I bet hers was good. ORB probably knows how to make a good one.

It was fantastic! She used the same season in the gravy and on the fish. Probably made the gravy (souce) in the pan she cooked the fish in. There is no doubt that fish done right can be fantastic.
That's been years ago since I preached in Jamaica. Sister Sam and pastor Sam was such gracious hosts. I've never been treated better anywhere! I would imagine that they are probably in heaven now as they were in their sixties then. Pastor Sam was one of the very few overweight Jamaicans that I ever met but after eating sister Sam's cooking, I understood why.😁

No, just chatting.. I was just purposely trying to get y'all riled up a little just fer fun. It ain't fun now so I'm moving on.
I figured you and rocy would've blew a bigger gasket than y'all did so it was kinda disappointing. And you know they ain't nobody here gonna jump in and help me with it. 😁

Others were helping you plenty, just maybe not the way you were hoping or expecting. That should be something very familiar to you.

I try to be respectful to the ladies here and everywhere. It was still fun for a bit picking at y'all. I figured I'd give it a rest since some folks seem to be growing tired of my wierd humor.
I have no allies for sure on the picking at folks. When I do it's pretty short lived. Even if I jump in and help one of you all it always turns to me. 😂
I'd say souce has been pretty good at not jumping on the bandwagon and getting me, but I've been very careful not to try and rile him up and we've aggravated Joe quiet a bit. Other than that I'm on my own...😁
I have been much better about leaving Joe alone though..

Edit: h man has been good about not wearing me out too...😁 Thanks pal
