I usually don’t put them on steak, I just like salt and pepper on them, but throw them on a hamburger and I’m in heaven. When I make my homemade bleu cheese, I mix equal amounts of Bleu cheese and Gorgonzola.

That is pretty awesome. Years ago we were whale watching off the coast of San Diego and saw a pod of what they estimated to be 300-400 dolphins. We just rolled with them for awhile. That was incredibly cool, I can’t imagine a 1000.

I used to see them everyday at the restaurant, but one of the coolest experiences in my life was twofold.

First time on a sailboat. Was a 56 footer, nice older one rebuilt by the company maintenance man who was a very well known carpenter. This boat was amazing. He took me and my girlfriend at the time out in the Gulf and we had 5 "running" along beside us right before sunset. Frank Sinatra was on the stereo and we were sipping martinis. It was almost surreal.

I'll never forget that.

Anyway, I just learned today is National Dolphin Day and my niece is a big fan of dolphins and I thought I'd send that to her.
