Yes, I like most fish that I've had and I've had alot. Golden Tile is my favorite local fish. Arctic Char is one if my favorites, and of course Ahi Tuna is a staple at my house.
You eat staples?😄
 
I used to love fried chicken livers. Got food poisoning from them once in Athens, GA. Won't eat 'em anymore.
 
I'm hungry

2 oz. Cherrywood smoked ham
1 slice Habanero Jalapeno Monterey Jack
1 1/2 strips peppered bacon (3 pieces)
1 light fried egg with coarse sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Hickory BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon Boars Head spicy honey mustard
1 Cobblestone Kaiser roll

Takes about 4 minutes using a microwave for everything if you have your mise en place, pronounced (mez in plahz) which is French that means everything in place.
